Your personal AI agent

Your own AI agent, running the business from inside your team chat.

Tell your agent your rules once and it takes over the day-to-day: it schedules the jobs, plans tomorrow's routes and teams, files the receipts off a photo, chases the keys and paperwork, sends the 7am brief and answers every crew question — 24/7. It lives right inside the chat app your crew already uses, so there's nothing to install and nothing to learn.

We solve the day-to-day problems of running your business · Built on a system running daily in a real London field-service company · AI agent £2,500–£4,995 by team count · Plain English, always

Where your agent lives

It works from the chat your crew already understands — with superpowers a normal chat doesn't have.

Your agent runs inside Telegram, which looks and feels exactly like the chat apps your team uses every day. Nothing to learn, works on any phone. The difference is what it lets your agent do underneath:

ALWAYS ON
Runs quietly in the background

Telegram was built for automation. Your agent sits inside the chat and handles the repetitive stuff — answering questions, sending briefs, reading photos — around the clock, so your people don't have to, in any language your crew speaks.

BUTTONS, NOT TYPING
One tap does the job

Approve the plan. Send the lead anyway. Add photos. Real buttons under each message — built for muddy gloves and busy hands, not forms and logins.

SCHEDULED & AUTOMATIC
Messages that send themselves

The 7am load-up brief. The 5:30 expenses nudge. The evening plan. Nobody types them — they land on time, every working day, built from your real job data.

GROUPS WITH A PURPOSE
A channel per subject, not one big pile

Receipts in one group, broken tools in another, sales leads in a third. Everything searchable, everything auditable — and nothing important buried under banter.

PRIVATE WHEN IT MATTERS
Access control built in

Only approved crew can use the bot — strangers get nothing. Prices never reach the field. Sensitive details go to one person privately, never sprayed across a group.

FREE & UNIVERSAL
No licences, no per-seat fees

Telegram costs nothing, installs in a minute, and runs on every phone your crew already owns. Nothing to pay for the app, and nothing per person.

The evening planTomorrow's teams drafted from your diary. Approve, adjust ("Craig with Shane") or re-plan — from the sofa.

Answered from your rules

Any question, any hourA breakdown sorted with the recovery number, then an irrigation timer guide — brand checked, right video sent.

Photo routing, live

Send any photo. Answer one tap. Filed.

A crew member photographs a flyer, a receipt, a broken strimmer or a finished lawn — how does it end up in the right place?

The agent asks one question — "which job is this from?" — and offers the day's jobs as buttons, alongside upsell, receipt/expense, broken tool or "other". One tap, and the photo is filed to the right channel with the right label.

Then it goes one better: "any notes for the office about this job?" — so the context travels with the photo, typed or spoken, and the office gets the whole story in one card.

Group automations

One tidy channel per subject — filled automatically.

Your crew sends everything to one chat. The agent works out what each message is and routes it to the right group as a tidy card — no sorting, no forwarding, no "who do I send this to?"

A typical group structure — configured to your trade
Receipts & ExpensesBroken ToolsSales Leads & UpsellsJob Photos & CertificatesKeys & Kit ReturnsCrew Questions
Photos routedA receipt photo becomes a filed record

The agent reads the vendor and amount off the paper and posts a card to the Receipts group, filed per person, per job. Missing receipts get chased at 5:30 — only for the people who worked.

Reminders that persistKeys and kit chased until they're home

Anything signed out — client keys, hired kit, gas bottles — appears in bold in that person's morning brief every single day until it's logged back. The reminder never gets bored. People do.

Reply-relayQuestion any card, get a threaded answer

See a £212 receipt you don't recognise? Reply to it in the group. The agent carries your question privately to the right crew member and threads their answer back — chasing them if they ignore it for an hour.

Automated messages & reminders

The messages you type every day — sent without you, forever.

7:00 — the load-up briefEvery working day
Morning! Load-up for today:
1. Ladders + fixings for the first job
2. Six bags of cement for job #204
3. Client keys — key rack in the office
Plus standard kit as always.

Built from the real job notes. Different for every crew member, every day.

17:30 — the expenses nudgeOnly those who worked
Hi! Could you make sure you've sent in all your expenses for today? Anything on the company card — photo of each receipt. Thanks.

The two people who were off hear nothing. Friday reconciliation becomes a glance.

Evening — tomorrow's planOnce you approve
Tomorrow (Fri): 4 jobs, with Jamie, first job at 07:30.
Meet at the unit — departure 06:00.
Prep: fuel the machines tonight.

Teammate, first job, meeting point, departure time in bold — before they switch off.

Overnight — the change checkOnly if something moves
Change alert: Ryan has reported sick for tomorrow. Two visits currently unassigned. Suggest: Leo with Sam. Reply to adjust or approve.

The plan is watched at 9:30pm and 6am. You're only woken if the world changed.

Why groups beat the group

From one chaotic WhatsApp group to a business that files itself.

The group chat today
One thread, everything, forever
A receipt, a meme, a question and a client's key photo — all in the same scroll.
"Did anyone see my message about the broken strimmer?" Nobody did.
Finding last month's receipt means scrolling past three weeks of banter.
Every reminder is you, typing the same thing, again.
Telegram, automated
Every subject in its own tidy channel
Photos route themselves: receipts to Receipts, damage to Broken Tools, job photos to the job.
Every card is searchable and auditable — nothing important gets buried.
Reminders send themselves and chase until done — briefs, nudges, returns.
The banter can stay in the banter group. The business runs next door.
